This is the best car wash i have ever dealt with. Every time they clean my car so good. And I usually buy the Meguiars air fresheners with every wash. So my car get clean and fresh smell

I've been going to golden touch nearly exclusively since I was little with my parents. They have a great waiting room and staff, I always get the platinum option and while a little pricey it is a thorough and detailed clean and they always do a great job. When I get an oil change they do a great job and are communicative. They've only suggested additional maintenance when appropriate and I feel the prices are fair.

I passed through here on my way home due to a spill in my car that I wanted to clean to address the scent. Anyway, I paid $59.99 + tax for the Platinum wash. Generally, when I do car washes, I follow my car through the process (my personal preference). I observed that when the car came out the tunnel, my decal was missing. I immediately brought it up to one of the workers outside, who brushed it off, speaking Spanish (I’m an AA woman). I then went inside to address with the Manager, whom verbalized that they would have to review the cameras at the end of the shift to confirm that I had a decal and then do a “deep search” and contact me. I provided my information, however, as I waited, the process did not sit right with me. I approached the Manager as to why the camera couldn’t be checked now. I further explained that I am not originally from Brooklyn nor do I live close by so waiting till the end of the day is an inconvenience. I went as far as to ask for the owner and was told the owner had left an hour ago. The Manager continued by reiterating the same process as before, further stating if they cannot find it, they will have to mail it to me. Mind you, I had my husband on the pho

I paid $30 for a car wash today. Before paying, the staff told me the $21 package included floor mat cleaning. I confirmed, left a tip, and then went to pay. After the wash, I noticed that the interior was not properly cleaned. The seats, the backs of the front seats, the dashboard, and the center console still had visible dust. I actually wiped some areas myself before realizing I should take photos, so the pictures don’t fully show how bad it was originally. I’m a TLC driver and was short on time, so I didn’t argue on site. I’m sharing this simply to set accurate expectations and help others decide.

I went to Golden Touch Car Wash today and was extremely disappointed. They charged me $35 for a regular wash plus the floor mats, which seemed overpriced to begin with. When I got home, I realized that one whole side of my car was still dirty! They clearly didn’t bother to check their work, and it shows that they don’t really care about their customers. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.
